And healthcare workers.

My county public health department talked about this briefly in the weekly calls they have hospitals listen to. Whenever the day comes a vaccine is available...vulnerable populations and then HCWs top priority.

They also mentioned that they expect a much more vigorous campaign to promote people to get their flu vaccine next flu season. Reasoning being that with COVID-19 not going away anytime soon....will be more important to get your flu shot because a bad flu season plus COVID-19 will be an issue.

I won't want to be the first one in line, but yeah, I'd take it after a few months.

I can't wait for the anti-vaxxers and the Mark of the Beast people to start raising a stink.

Considering the retards on this board won't take a perfectly safe flu shot once a year, I doubt the mouth breathers would take a COVID19 vaccine either.

I'd be all for it.

Name a vaccine that proved to be detrimental

Well of the top of my head.. In the 50s, a botched polio vaccine that was administered paralyzed and killed children.

Look up "cutter vaccine"

I'm sure that's not the only instance

Nah. You don't know what you're talking about. Take it as soon as it comes out and trust they don't have any errors

This is like asking Theodore Roosevelt at 39 if he would take a Polio shot.

I mean, the only thing we have to fear is fear itself... Right?

The question that should be asked it's how are we fast tracking a vaccine for which we've never successfully developed before and cutting the 18 months safety trials to less than a year.

That's alarming as shite
