If the prosecutor in this case loses, he should be fired. That was murder.

Arbery instigated physical contact and was beating the guy with the gun.
At that point, the guy with the gun has a possible claim for self defense.
If he had shot Arbery as he was approaching the truck, or in the back if he had continued running instead of confronting the guy, that would be a clear cut case of murder.
You can argue the guys shouldn't have followed him. You can argue they shouldn't have been armed. But neither one of those is a crime.
The only crimes (trespassing, assault) were committed by Arbery.
This may be the ultimate "play stupid games" example.

You can't go around chasing people down with guns unless you meet very specific criteria, and even then you're not supposed to use guns.

The cops at the scene wanted to arrest the father and son and the DA overruled them.
Any additional videos don't matter because they have no relationship to the victim's death.
Nothing was going to happen until a video showing their illegal citizen's arrest and shooting was leaked.

Only 5 minutes in and the guy in your video has already claimed that
1. The site isn't just a frame, it's a house being renovated, which makes it a dwelling
2. He's guilty of first degree burglary because looking around in a house that isn't yours shows intent of theft.
