Which of these actions are a felony in the state of Ga. Wearing cargo shorts, carrying a hammer, or jogging. Or is it the action of doing all 3 simultaneously.
Also, if you don't mind could you please post the statute here as well. I have never heard of this law so I look forward learning more on this.

That a parent shouldn’t fear for their child’s life when they’re out committing crimes. Why do you disagree? I thought you were this benevolent democrat that wanted blacks to be able to take white peoples property with no recourse.

The two guys were def wrong and should die for what they did even if he was breaking into homes. Chase him down and hold him for the cops. They def took it way too far. With that said, I don’t know many who go for a jog wearing lace up work boots.
While I’m here, there was no protesting when 9yo Tyshawn Lee(black)was killed as gang retaliation by a black man. It’s also been quite in regards to the black guy shooting the white mail carrier bc she didn’t have his check. It’s always racism when someone white kills someone that’s black(probably was in Georgia), but it’s crickets when someone black kills someone white and it’s just another Thursday when it’s black on black.

Again, the reason you are hearing about this is because the DA tried to protect the killers and didn’t want them arrested. The DA is known for this and it is not the first time it has happened in South Georgia. It’s corruption at its finest.

No it’s been proven and even stated by the killers that he was not seen breaking into the home and they first saw him running down the road that day.

Because the video evidence has been in possession of authorities for months and not only did it take the public seeing it for an arrest, one DA specifically obstructed an arrest attempt.
