Interesting and hopeful for LSU, this seems to largely be based on the precise payments and contacts that adidas made to Kansas players. All of these payments and contacts were documented to a T in the trial.

There are no similarly documented payments and contacts with LSU

The one sport KU is good at goes down the drain. Maybe they should learn how to run a clean program like Duke or North Carolina! Sad that a blue blood has fallen so far.

It all is going to come down to whether Adidas is deemed a booster for the university. KU acknowledges the payments happened. The only argument left is if the Adidas payments were to benefit the university or the company; did they pay for these players to specifically go to KU or to build a relationship so they could sign them once they were going pro?
