I trust Coach O when he brings in a transfer. I don't think he is doing too bad in that department. Burrow, Tracy, Moss, etc.

I doubt he gets much playing time but obviously they saw something that warranted giving him a scolly!

Similar to Jabril Cox he was mulling going to the NFL instead of using his final year of eligibility. He ain’t going anywhere to be “depth” or to ride the bench. He’s coming to compete.

Moreso depth across the line, but compete with Kardell and Bradford at right guard.

IF he's not a potential backup at tackle, it doesn't make much sense, IMO.

270 is a good weight, he's prob had very low bodyfat and he moves very well from looking at his highlights. He's prob strong as frick too. Trust the coaches. They know what they're doing.

How many times do people have to say he is 300 not 270. He also benches over 400

The morning after he signed, Coach Cregg was on wuth Culotta.

Coach admitted he had been in contact with Liam for some time, and spoke well of him.

He mentioned Shanahan's 400lb bench press and his over 300lb power clean.

Then Shanahan came on and spoke of how he knew he was upping the challenge by entering the SEC, and was enthusiastic about joining LSU.

His words, "When the national champions call, you don't say no."

I wonder which coach “discovered “ him.

Reminds me of the Badara Traore signing. Brought in some competition for Deculus and pushed him to where he finished last year. Guy probably won’t play a huge role, but depth and competition is always a good thing.

Traore ended up being important for depth last year because of all the injuries and suspensions. Coaches don’t forget situations like that.
