If you are willing to trade to 10 to get Love just trade up to 3 and get Tua.

Hell no.

I have a feeling Tua's career will follow Tim Couch's arc more than the Peyton Manning's.

Tua is falling apart and he hasn't even been hit yet.

Bruh you are about to get slammed for this. Tua is too risky with injury history to trade up that high. The conversation would start with 3 first round picks. If he gets hurt or bombs out then you have sunk your franchise for a decade. Just ask the redskins.

You do realize that’s a MASSIVE gap in landing spots for a trade right? Like multiple firsts kinda gap.

How's Tua going to help the Saints win a Super Bowl in 2020?

I don't see Tampa Bay trying to trade up and draft a QB for 2020

I am obviously in the minority here, but I a, a Tua fan and like him more than Love as a pro prospect. I think if we are able to land him it is the perfect situation. He can take a year to learn and rest/get healthy.

To me he and Burrow are the only two QBs worth trading up for. Skill wise Tua was in the conversation for the #1 pick. His health is a concern, but like I said, we present a great situation for him to be able to take a year and really recover health wise. A very small percentage of players, college or pro, are able to rest for a year. It would probably do wonders for many players careers if they were afforded that opportunity.

Bottom line though is in order to compete in todays NFL, you have to have a franchise QB and if the Saints believe they can get one in this draft, you absolutely mortgage the future to land to go get him.

The problem here isn't the player. The problem is trading from 24 to 3

Don't be a loser and throw out a blanket "trade up to 3" statement. You need to explain how such a trade would even be possible. Come on now

I won’t argue with you on this statement but I also don’t believe enough in Tua to drop a King’s ransom for him. I don’t think y’all understand the severity of that hip injury he had. Whether it was a freak accident or not it happened. He is super risky.
