$28 for cut, shampoo, and style. But they offer a bunch of different services. Beard trims, back waxing, pedicures, etc.

I hope they sue the shite out of the state and make millions. This isn't fricking North Korea! This is America damn it. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. WTF is going on here?

Pretty sure someone mentioned earlier they charge like $27.
If you weren’t such a nimrod you would know that a lot of men’s haircut places are charging that or higher.
It does come with a drink at the places I visit.

Yep. My guy is $28. When I started going 8 years ago, a cut was $22. Then it went up to $24 a few years later. I think it was beginning of last year they went up to $28. Go at the end of the day and have a beer or two.

I fully expect there to be an inundation of customers with thick, shaggy, Norse invader hair from a four or five state area when they open.

I don’t get why they didn’t just go through with it. No one was going to pay the stupid fines

A 500.00 fine would have been enticing. I would have risked it, taken the summons, placed it in my pocket and got my haircut....then as I left tore it up in full sight of the popo.

They’re able to get up to $265 a week from Alabama unemployment along with $600 a week from the feds. They’re making more now than they did doing hair.
They wanted press.

Median barber salary in Alabama is $29,576. Another link shows the average pay being $37,700. Under unemployment these guys are making over $21 an hour. That works out to roughly 42k a year.

You were saying?
