Tiki Barber says something is "off" about Joe Burrow

The 2nd half of this clip has Tiki Barber saying he thinks something is wrong with Joe Burrow. It's an odd analysis.
Anybody have a clue as to what he's talking about? He starts into it just after the 4:00 mark...

The only knocks tiki could find was “overconfidence” and that there was such a big jump from 2018 to 2019.
