They talked about it for 4 minutes and Tiki said he didn't think Joe's personality would translate to the NFL. I think it is worth looking at.
We all know Joe is a different kind of cat. He's not an attention whore, he defers to his teammates, and he wears SpongeBob socks. At the same time, he is supremely confident and has no problems telling people that.
Is he too quirky and overconfident? So far, his teammates seem to be willing to run through a brick wall for him. I think working as hard as he does earns him that respect.
