It's very telling that Trump wants to shift blame to the states for not being prepared for a global pandemic.
If only he had taken the recommendations of the Economic Council whose findings are posted on the White House website.
If only he hadn't waited almost two weeks to declare a public health emergency after the first confirmed infection.
Can you imagine Franklin Roosevelt telling the states in WWII they were own their own if the Germans attacked them?
