No, but it doesn't open until Memorial Day. Not sure if it will be open then.

Mine was until last week, then closed down. Saw kids down there almost every day I came home, sometimes 20-25 of them at a time. While I get it, they are bored out of their minds and just want to hang out, it probably defeats some of the purpose of closing schools if 25 kids can be around each other for a few hours and then head back to their homes

Nope they closed all of that down, they zip-tied boards over the basketball hoops to deter people from using them and locked the tennis courts closed as well.

No, because the chemicals in the pool can cause the COVID-19 to mutate into Chlorona Virus

Nope. I live in a condo complex and they closed the pool area, fitness center and business center last week.

Only thing left open are the nature trails and golf course.

It's still a little cold, but the pool is open. Of course it's in the backyard. We don't share our pool with the potty training kinds.

Nope. They closed ours right when all this started.

Probably so. But they should also be giving partial credit on HOA dues since they aren't providing the level of amenities that those dues were based on

I thought exactly the same thing. Like if we're willing to take the risk what gives them the rights to deny access to the owners? Are we going to get part of our HOA dues back? We all know the answer to that question.

No, but it's probably only a matter of time. The little shits home from school were hanging out in the gym, so they closed that. Now they've moved to the pool and tennis courts.
