Thoughts on Jamelle McMillan Situation?

Long story short, Ben Simmons' sister Liv Simmons is accusing Jamelle McMillan of sexually assaulting her, abusing her, cheating on her with a man, and also impregnating her. She has been very vocal about it on her twitter the last day or so @livvalice if you want to check it out. She has videos and text tweets about the situation.
Obviously we need to wait and see what the facts are because she has only given accusations at this point, but wondering where you guys are at on this?

My thoughts?
Abuse/rape is bad and he should be punished if that is what happened.
It looks like he has deleted his social media so I’m guessing he’s not going to comment and just hope it goes away. Interesting plan of action

I have heard absolutely nothing about this until now.
That...does not sound good, but we should always wait for the actual facts to come out, not mere allegations.

Also according to her tweets, several other accusers have come out to her and say they experienced like treatment from Jamelle. I'm in the same boat as most of you in saying that I really like him and wouldn't see this from what I know about his character, but we also can't speculate what happens behind closed doors.

Not judging guilt or innocence but that makes sense. If she's not looking for criminal action, which it doesn't seem like, then it's basically just gonna get lost in her Twitter timeline. Him commenting on it just adds more to it.

How is that anything but a wise course of action? Getting into a Twitter war with her will not convince anyone on either side of the situation. Also, getting a metric tonnage of vitriol from Twitter knights isn't healthy.
Go talk to an attorney and let him handle it

As an organization owned by a woman who employs multiple women within its basketball operations, I’m sure they take it seriously and will get to the bottom of it quickly

That’s like hating Lonzo because his Dad acted like a jackass on TV.
Except in this case, we don’t know whether this is BS or not. And I will say, regarding Ben, if he comes out publicly in support of her allegation shite is going to get real, real fast for Jamelle.
Though I suspect it already has internally. Since I cant imagine Benson/Griff/Swim would treat it any less than serious.
