At one point I thought Biden/Harris was the dems best chance of winning, but I don't think he needs her for the black vote, in fact she might hurt his chances given her record. Mayor Pete isn't really a viable option either.
I think the Ds best ticket would be Biden/Klobuchar, could certainly challenge Trump in the 8 ish states that always end up deciding the election (rust belt in particular).
