Wrong, if you are going to leave out the 2nd decimal place , then only 4.25-4.34 would count as “4.3”. 4.35 -4.39 would be rounded up to 4.4
But in this instance, i believe they mean 4.30 or below.

I was listening to the radio at the time. Garic didn't exactly say it was slow but he criticized the caller for raving about how fast it was. I thought that was a very good time for JJ and hope it helps his draft stock. He would look good in black and gold.

I was listening to WWL when Kenny Hill was just starting his career at LSU and right after he had that trouble in the bar. During that show he first interviewed Manziel from the Manning Passing Academy. Frankly I really couldn't understand Garic becaues he kept choking on something...hmmm. He was so effusive in his praise of that thug. Then after that love fest - during the same show - he went on to totally trash Kenny Hill as a thug rapist loser and overall problem child for LSU. I think get him out was his overall thought. I'll never forget it and since then I've never had an ounce of respect for that idiot.

That Jerry Rice guy ran a 4.55-4.7 (the figures are in dispute across the internet). He had a pretty decent career and made the HOF.
