Balloon sinuplasty helps a lot of people from snoring and other sinus issues .

This is what works for me. Or my wife just likes to hit me in the middle of the night and yell roll over.

Go get a sleep study. They're not bad, at all. When they tell you you stop breathing 70 times an hour and haven't had real sleep in who knows how long, you'll be glad you went.
CPAPs suck to wear but they're definitely worth it.

Zypah works for me. The first few nights suck. It also makes you drool so you have to sleep with a towel .

Ambien and you won’t hear yourself roaring through the night. But, no one else in the same room will get any sleep!

I carry one of those in my pants for just such an occasion.

Why does 3/4 of the OT use a CPAP? I thought this board was for non-fatties only

Though 15lbs overweight as I get to my mid-40's, I've snored all my life and was diagnosed with sleep apnea when I was very fit. Weight/neck thickness is just one thing that can cause it.

.... and don't require a sleep study?
CPAP works and you can do an "in home" study.
Here is how it works...
- See your primary care physician
- Mention snoring, lack of sleep, waking at night
- Ask for an in home test
- Test kit arrives in the mail
- Do the test
- Mail back the test kit
- Results are sent to your doctor
- Doctor prescribes CPAP and sets you up with medical device supplier
- Go get fitted
Easy!
Game changer for me... and I'm not a fatty.
PS: Filters and replacement masks/hose arrive automatically by mail every month.

Visit your local ENT doctor.

I've had success with Theravent.
It gives me dreams that I'm suffocating but my wife says I don't snore nearly as much when I wear it. I definitely get more restful sleep when wearing it.
