I snore like a freight train and cant get a decent nights sleep.

What products have worked that are easily accessible and don't require a sleep study?

Get a sleep study and invest in a cpap if diagnosed with sleep apnea. It is truly a life changing event once you experience quality sleep on the reg.

Lose weight but I can also highly recommend a bed with a tilt head. It has made a huge difference in quality of sleep for me.

No. Each machine is calibrated to appease the extent of the oxygen required to get into REM mode of sleep. A sleep study is required to get the results that are needed.

OP may need 6% or 60%.

Go see your dentist and have them make you a jaw repositioning device. A couple of impressions and they will have it back in a few days. They will fit it for you and make adjustments as needed as time goes by.

Cyanide. One dose and all of your problems will be over.

Quit being a sniveling pussy and get the sleep study, then get on the mask.

Damn stupid question. Why did you do this to yourself? You know what you need to do. If you are upsetting your boyfriend's sleep then get the damned mask.

I've heard people say that adjustable bed frames work. Elevate your head about 15 degrees. Of course, this is prolly best if you're a back sleeper.

This is probably true generally speaking, but one of the fittest people I know uses a CPAP.

Do you have TMJ too?

Snoring happens when your tongue slips back into your airway as you sleep. You can try sleeping on your side to mitigate the issue.

Permanent solutions? Jaw surgery, or palate expansion. Your jaw is probably too narrow, and your mandible (as suggested above) is probably too far back.
