Combo of weight loss, wedge pillow, and breathe right strips works for me

Mine was 25 times an hour for up to 1 minute each time.
Got a CPAP, sleep much better now. Still don't get enough total hours of sleep, but the hours I do get are much better.
No more snoring, I don't get up and go to the bathroom in the middle of the night anymore, and generally feel much better in the morning. From time to time I won't bother putting on the CPAP at night, but then regret it in the morning.
And, no, I'm not overweight. Just snored loud enough to break windows in the past

You change your mask once a month?

Get a sleep study and invest in a cpap if diagnosed with sleep apnea. It is truly a life changing event once you experience quality sleep on the reg.

Skip the sleep study and get an auto-cpap.

Snoring happens when your tongue slips back into your airway as you sleep. You can try sleeping on your side to mitigate the issue.

I just chain my tongue ring to my nose ring every night before I go to bed.

Thanks everyone for all the advice and mostly good ideas. Looks like a sleep study is in my near future.

I’m in the process of setting up a study thru my ENT. You can either go to the clinic or do it at home. My son has been on one since his mid 20s. I’m 59 and have been putting it off.

Look at pubmed.

I’m right.

It’s why adjusting the mandible position, and creating room for the tongue in the mouth, it’s why it works.

As Weston Price noted, Westerners have serious skeletal issues. And Apnea is one of the consequences.

OP - your husband posted about your snoring a day or two ago....most of the suggestions were to lose weight.
