The "recovery" was the worst in modern US history and actually began with the passage of Tarp under Bush. That's a verified fact. After 8 years the stock market barely surpassed the point it was before the recession. The market was bouncing around 16k and 17k when Trump was elected and we are knocking on 30,000 3 years later.
