I got screwed by 1800 flowers

So I got an email saying that the flowers and candy that I ordered my slam piece cannot be delivered today (even though they guaranteed delivery today). Spent 30 minutes on hold to have some Pakistani/Indian/insertoutsourcedcustomerservicerepherecountry lady tell me that my order can be delivered tomorrow though. 
Also they cannot refund my money but they will give me 10% off on my next order to make up for the inconvenience. 
ETA: I was able to run down to the hospital gift shop and buy some flowers before they closed. So crisis averted but 1800flowers.com needs to DIAF!!!!!!!!

These companies that contract their customer service to other countries should be boycotted. There’s not many things that piss me off, but just the thought of them having no idea what I’m talking about irks me to no end.

I was helped by HEB floral delivery today at 10:00 am and their arrangement turned out great. I tried 1800, and two flower shops really close to the recipient and they were useless.
