Testicular torsion, surgery had to happen at like 2 AM in Gonzales, then got an infected ball post op that caused extreme pain. That whole situation sucked BAD. To top it off I had a broken hand in a cast at the time so I had to always get someone to help GENTLY zip up my pants after taking a piss.

4 inch tear in quad muscle starting at the hip socket and going down. Playing soccer, jumped to head a cross, other team ran through my legs and landed in a hurdler stretch type position. The only time in my life I’ve felt like I was going to pass out due to pain.

I had a bad reaction to light two weeks after suffering a concussion about a year ago. Instant headache and total blindness. Not only the most painful but the most terrifying moment.

Broken collarbone and dislocated shoulder in one go. The doctor manipulating my shoulder back into place and setting my collarbone was rough. No pain medicine or anything first. I've had other broken bones before that, but for some reason it hurt way more than anything else I had gone through. That was a shitty day.

Bully pinched and twisted my nipples in the 7th grade. Hurt so bad, I could feel blood in my mouth.

"Won" a hot sauce eating contest. No wings or anything, just shot after shot of habanero sauce.
Vomited all of it later that night, and it was all in my sinuses and every other cavity in my head. Yeah, that was bad...

I have two bulging discs in my back that every once in a while want to remind me they were there in a big way. Will knock the wind out of you.
Even worse than the back was a horrific case of epididymitis.... bed ridden for about a week; trying to go do anything that required walking had me in tears.

I had Achilles tendon reconstruction and was two weeks post-op. Went to get on the knee scooter and it rolled out from under me. instinct was to put my foot down to break my fall. The pain that gave me was the most excruciating I've EVER felt. It felt like one end of a rope was tied to the back of my leg and the other was tied to an 18 wheeler that was going 100mph and jerked the rope. HORRIBLE! I completely shredded the repair and had to go back and have it done again. It was worse then the initial injury. That was in August; I'm still recovering. Not sure if my foot will ever be the same. I'm open to suggestions if anyone has them.

Post-surgery, Lateral Corner Knee Reconstruction. Was prescribed hydrocodone. For whatever reason, Hydrocodone does nothing for me but tear my stomach up and make me high.
I tried for three days to get a new prescription for Percocet. They wouldn't relent, and actually made me travel to the hospital (an hour and a half away) to visit the doctor to get it.
That entire three days, my stomach was bad enough that I couldn't eat or take the pain meds. I was awake from pain for that three days. Literally didn't sleep.
Tore my LCL and ripped a tendon off the bone. Same injury as RG III.

Tearing my Achilles Heel and the surgery that followed. The pain after the surgery was even worse.

Recovery was pretty awful though because they leave the wound open and I had to pack it with gauze 2 or 3 times a day until it closed up.
Weird. They filled mine with the gauze then I had to pull about 6-12" out every day. Of course, it's in the small of my back right above my arse and is really hard to reach. My wife faints at the sight of blood so there's no way she can help.
The bitch was driving home after the procedure. I wish they had told me what it was all about. I didn't think I was going to make it home.

Back. 3 surgeries before 35...1 @ 21 (to fix a bulging disc), 1 @ 28 (failed L4-L5 fusion after horrible decision by the Dr in the OR), and one @ 34 (L3-S1 fusion.) Thre worst pain was prior tiooop the 1st surgery. After that my pain tolerance went through the roof.
