I'm not going through several pages of responses but one of my favorites in the summer is a tomato pulled fresh from the garden sliced in thick slabs and put on toasted wheat bread slathered with mayo and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.

A tomato sandwich is a summer treat for me.

Hard to beat a bologna sandwich on white bread. Ate many of these digging ditches in college. I still crave one from time to time.

Hot butter milk pancakes with fresh blueberries in the batter cooked in a carbon steel pan. Skyr is better than buttermilk, adds more flavor, top with some Irish butter.
