If by wash you mean blow the mud clods and dust off with a pressure washure then sure, why not.

If by wash you mean polish up some parking lot queen then likely not.

Yes. Rain doesnt make your truck dirty it's the water from the road splashing up on it. Just dont drive it tmrw.

Depends on how long ago you washed your truck. If you still have caked on bug from last love bug season, it can only help.

Sure, if I knew it was sitting all day in the driveway when it was raining... The rain doesn’t make it dirty, the road spray does..

Yes. I don’t want water spots etched into my paint. So if I know it’s gonna rain and I need to reapply wax to protect it, I would absolutely want to wash and wax it before it rained specifically because it was going to rain.

That seems a bit superfluous; the rain will take care of most of that.

I washed my mustang Wednesday knowing it was going to rain all day Thursday. By wash I mean stuck $3 in at the car wash and rinsed it off, ceramic coating makes hand washing virtually obsolete.

I'd just clean the inside. Even if a vehicle is dirty outside having it clean inside is pleasant.
