I receive IVIG (infused antibodies) every four weeks for an immune deficiency that I have, and I can promise you it works.

Yeah, my friends down there have been talking of a resurgence from imported cases... Not surprising to hear.

Until a viable vaccine is finished and sent out the world will be dealing with this for awhile. Each time an area is taken off of lock down I would imagine there is a near certainty an outbreak will occur. I won't be surprised to see us go back to these measures during the fall and winter.

In addition, Mayor Bill de Blasio's office says at least 2,850 are hospitalized with at least 660 in the ICU.

I remember them having a huge Asian population
Other than maybe having good Chinese restaurants, what does their Asian population have to do with anything?

Why the hell hasn’t Singapore closed its borders?

I like the approach Collin County took today which basically said all businesses in our county are considered essential and are able to operate as long as they can maintain social distancing of 6’ between customers and employees in groups of 6 or less.
This works in DFW because North Texans are generally a little less social than we are here in Louisiana. When I moved to Texas, I had a hard time at first because I did not understand that people do not speak to one another in grocery stores. :)

Multiple residents at Riverbend Nursing Home in Plaquemines Parish have gotten positive tests. Expect that whole nursing home to have it.

Paging the med staff. I am not sure if this helps but it is intriguing to say the least in regards to masks.

I say we follow the advice of epidemiologists who have spent their entire careers preparing for an event like this and planning to save as a many lives as possible. Given that Dr. Fauci has seemed like the most competent person involved in the government's response to this virus, I say we take his advice into account as opposed to Lloyd Blankfein and Larry Kudlow.
Personally, I value the lives of other people more than the Dow or President Trump's re-election chances, but I know not everyone does.
I agree!

Yeah, you're right. They probably never go back home or have family come visit. Business ties are probably all done virtually.
