One of best trucks I've had was my 2007 Frontier... Loved that truck. They haven't changed anything on it since it came out. Will stick with my f150 now

I've owned an 05, 08 and 12 frontier. I'd still have the frontier if I didn't have a third kid on the way. Amazing mid size truck.

Got the 20 ram and I'm more than impressed.

Both the ram and the frontier get a bad rap in my opinion. Over 500k miles on 3 frontiers and never did anything but gas, brakes, tires, and oil.

Very interesting that the Silverado had a decrease on a redesign year.

is this sarcasm? I thought the redesign was horrible. The front of the truck looks awful and I honestly can’t tell the difference in the Silverado and Canyon if they aren’t side by side. Huge swing and a miss by GM IMO.
That said I drove a 2020 Silverado (Texas Edition) last week and it was really nice. Still not a fan of the front of the truck, but it was a bigger vehicle than a midsize or my 2017 Silverado. Longer bed too which I didn’t think was available in a 4 door truck that isn’t heavy duty.

I actually like the looks of the Silverado. They just missed the mark with the interior while RAM crushed it.

Just an FYI on the RAM. Do not overflow the fuel tank. When the gas handle kicks off, stop filling. There is some type of filter that will get clogged with fuel and wont let you to put gas in the tank at more than a trickle.

I bought a 2016 F-150 after the Dodge dealership tried to quote me $42K for a Dodge Ram Rebel. It was a nice truck but not at that price. Basically a 1500 but with a nicer interior. If I were to be buying now I'd go with the Ram. They look and feel a hell of a lot better than 3 years ago.

Had a 18 4 Runner. Just traded it for a 20 Tacoma. More practical.

Bought a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT the day after Christmas. Traded in my 2017 F250. Started driving Lot more and didn’t make financial sense to keep the diesel.

I love the Sierra. It has the premium plus package that includes adaptive cruise and lane assist. If you drive a lot it’s a great feature. The ride on these trucks is pretty amazing. So far I am really happy with my truck. I looked at getting an F150 but would have cost 6-7K more to get the same options I have on the Sierra. That was a pretty badass sale GM had to close out the year.

I had a 2008 GMC Sierra that had a similar problem. It was a known issue and easy fix, but they said it was caused by driving in dusty/muddy conditions. You would think they would test out their trucks in dusty/muddy conditions.

I ding the 2019 Silverado a miss.

The 2020 TEXAS edition Silverado was more appealing. Does that help?

Just bought the new Dodge Ram 2500 to tow my boat right before Christmas and it’s been fantastic. I like it better than the Ford 2500.

I’m assuming it is the same thing on the GM trucks. Instead of just venting the gas tank into the atmosphere they put a charcoal filter that the fumes have to travel through before reaching the outside. If it gets clogged the air cannot get out of the tank fast enough so it kicks off the fuel handle when filling. Thanks EPA

F150 still leads, no surprise whatsoever.

And more than any two marques not named "Ram".

I traded in my 2015 Ram Ecodiesel to get the Tundra. Although I didn't have issues, the lawsuit, recalls and others with engine failures was enough.

Ditto! But I did have problems, mainly emissions issues. Spent 3 out of 4 months in the shop, because they were backed up and waiting on parts.
