Congrats to him on winning, but that seems like an award that doesn't really need to exist.

I haven't lived in Louisiana in a decade. Is this some term that is being used there?

Won it on name alone. I saw him play a couple of times this year in games they lost. A lot of those stats were against shitty teams. I am not saying he is not going to go on the greater things but he has a lot of learning to do on the football field.

We know. He's a freshman in high school.

So name me all of the freshmen in the nation who didn't put up stats against shitty teams.

Needs to get bigger and stronger and he will develop as he gets older and more mature.
Whether he becomes a 4/5 star prospect, jury still out.

Eli wasn't overwhelming in high school either.

Arch is definitely not on Peyton's level as a high school prospect as of now.

Is Arch Manning a bust? One of these guys certainly thinks so

Skip and Shannon will discuss after the break.

As is often the case, they will have no clue what they're talking about.

If he continues to progress throughout his HS career, his recruitment is going to be freaking nuts.

You know Kiffin will be coming after him.

Unlikely Brady will still be around by his signing but apparently the Mannings are a big fan of Joe Brady

There had to be a freshman out there somewhere who was better than him IMO...

I haven't seen Arch play (nor am I saying this is true), but Archie has said that Arch is a more advanced quarterback as a freshman than Eli and Peyton at that age

Yeah but he's probably already better than Jordan Jefferson ever was at LSU

Jordan Jefferson also went 30-0 in his junior and senior seasons, winning back to back state titles in 5A. Just let him be himself while he’s still developing

If Coach O wants him then I hope he goes to LSU. But given the Manning history it's doubtful. So if he doesn't go to LSU, I want him to go Jim Harbaugh at Michigan just to piss off the mouth-breathing "SEC" "SEC" "SEC" crowd.
