Players always with earbuds or headphones in. Really bothers me.

Does not promote a team dynamic. Looks as if each guy is in his own little world rather than than communicating with their teammates and coaches. How can you truly have one team and one heartbeat of every guy is isolating themselves and blocking out everyone else with their own music? I have a hunch a lot of them might be listening to rap songs with inappropriate lyrics but that's besides the point.

I sometimes listen to music on my phone if the day is slow during the last 10 or 15 minutes before we leave
