What’s your argument for staying in? What are LSUs benchmarks?

My GPA going into the fall semester was a 1.83. I brought that up to a 1.98.
Is that on the two-point scale??

How are you enrolled in school and get a GPA that low? You just didn’t think occasionally going to class or showing up for tests were part of it?

It doesn’t matter. Not having a degree and having one with a sub 2.0 average are about the same damned thing.

Meh. Mine got approved. I graduated my first degree with a 2.001 GPA.

My counselor was more impressed than anything.

Second degree saw a single B

Wasn't that man. I fell in love with the film industry after working a few movie sets back in 2014, decided to use my GI Bill and go to school for it. Transferred from BRCC to LSU and was told the Theatre department had a great film and television program. Stuck with that for a bout 2 years before I couldn't handle being around those people and what they stood for anymore. Changed my major but the damage was already done.

Not sure if you're aware of this but if you need a 2.0, 1.98 is less than 2.0.

Went to finalize my registration for the spring semester and my schedule had completely disappeared. Called my college and they told me I was dropped. I'm a senior two classes away from graduating. One of the classes is only offered in the spring. My GPA going into the fall semester was a 1.83. I brought that up to a 1.98. I sent my appeal in but the lady on the phone said the dean doesn't frick around and that she's never seen one approved. My GI bill runs out next semester.

The bolded is where your lies fall apart. The VA would have booted you off the GI Bill long before now because of your shite GPA.

The best thing you can do to bring your GPA up is to enroll at Arkansas.

Learn a trade, frick college.

Trades pay a shite load of money, benefits, and many have pensions. Many Cities are begging for people to become apprentices in skill trades.

Majority of College students shouldn't be in college, they should be in the work force, instead of pissing away money and going into major debt for a job that will put them in lower middle class bracket.

If you needed to bump your GPA up, you could have taken a 3 hour Easy A class.

It wouldn’t have gone into your major, but that BS 3 hour class with an A would have helped

Honestly, just transfer somewhere else for 1 semester or two and graduate. Don’t listen to all the fools in here making jokes. Get your degree, no matter what’s it’s from.

Good luck and finish strong.
