A cup of homemade French Onion Soup with gruyere cheese on top.
A small salad with Litton's blue cheese dressing.

Surf and Turf with melted butter for dipping the surf (lobster) and homemade bernaise sauce for the small filet (medium rare)

Spinach Maria
Small helping of Ye Olde Steakhouse's woodshed potatoes

Apple Pie with a slice of old cheddar.

(You DID say a meal.)

Like most here, I'd have to go with a good steak.

Some kind of breakfast meal.
Favorite is ham & cheese omelet, cheesy grits and toast w/butter, blackberry preserve.
Biscuits and sausage gravy a close second.

The good news is that you wouldn't have to eat that for very long.

Fettucini alfredo with mushrooms and a few shrimp. And I don't eat it anymore cause too many carbs.

Chicken, potatoes, and salad. The versatility of all 3 would allow me to at least mix it up and make it seem like I was having something different or provide some variety once in a while.

Small sensation salad
Ribeye grilled to medium rare with creamed spinach on the side
Blueberry bread pudding with rum sauce on top
