BREAKING: Ruth Bader Ginsburg is missing from oral arguments at the Supreme Court today due to illness, Chief Justice Roberts stated. A court spokeswoman confirmed that Ginsburg remains at home at this time

It will get absolutely insane if she kicks it.
Dims excuses - election cycle, Trump in "process" of impeachment, etc. etc.
That could be the whole reason for the impeachment farce. Delay a nominee until after the election...

I really think this is what part of this whole affair is about.
If Ginsburg croaks or retires, dems can say "We can't have a President under an impeachment inquiry appoint a SpCrtJ!!"
And try to string this dog and pony show along through 2020.

If she goes between now and December, Dems are royally fricked.
They can try a holding action if she dies in 2020 but that requires some Republican Senators to refuse to vote for her replacement.

When the Notorious RBG becomes the Notorious DED, and that's likely to be soon because the only kind of cancer she hasn't had is in her big toe, they will immediately vote to impeach.
