His lawyer has said he will sue. Even if he loses, it will still cost millions in legal fees and be a major hassle.

Trump was awarded legal fees in his successful defense against Stormy Daniels defamation lawsuit. So that's there to be had, if it were to be that same type of lawsuit by the guy and he lost.

And I can say I'm going to plow Ivanka.
"His lawyer" can say anything he wants (although I have not seen this reported anywhere). And, is he going to take the case like an ambulance chaser expecting a payout at the end? Knowing he has a very high likelihood of losing?
