For the last 3 years, their antics are solely about keeping themselves out of prison or from hanging for treason.
It’s way beyond wanting to continue exploiting us with their criminal hustles, with Trump being in the way. Most of their secret hustles have been cut off. They could still retire with their millions, but their money is not the main issue for them.
They are desperately trying to avoid facing inevitable justice. Understand that, and the irrational behavior of people like Romney makes more sense.

Best prison reform would include eliminating all the unjust laws that puts nonviolent, non-criminals in jail in the first place, including all laws:
-that remove your rights and sell them back as a “license”
-prohibition of unhealthy substances including large sodas and drugs
-that criminalize any act that doesn’t victimize someone else

Quite often I think about how it’d be if we had actual liberty and a free market instead of socialized services funded via theft that Republicans and Democrats support from government.
If you’re one of the 97% who support having these rulers, don’t complain when the thieves don’t spend the money they stole from you on what you want them to. Crime (theft and coercion) is inherent to government.
