Stormy violated an NDA. If her lawyer wasn't a crook just out to steal her money maybe he would have suggested she become an anonymous whistleblower too.

All they have to do is say “allegedly” the whistleblower “according to ______...”. Can’t sue them for not making a direct claim.

Here’s a question... does Charmander reach the level of “public official” as qualified under NYT v Sullivan?

If so, it would limit any potential defamation or other claims by him.

All one has to do is type whistleblower into the google machine and one can see the guys name without even clicking through to a site.

He was arrested a few times for different things. Don't think he's had his trial yet.

Any day now he'll probably hold a press conference with yet another person who was in on the phone call with the Ukraine and wants to come forward under cover of anonymity.

Also, he sort of got arrested and charged with fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, perjury and a few other things.

Ahh yes, I remember his brave statements at the press conference he called post-bail, to the effect of "I will not be intimidated or derailed from his noble cause...." yadda yadda. Well, looks like he was indeed derailed.

Ciaramella, Ciaramella, Ciaramella
I see a little silhouetto of a man
Scaramouche, Scaramouche, will you do the Fandango?
Thunderbolt and lightning, very, very frightening me
(Galileo) Galileo, (Galileo) Galileo, Galileo Figaro magnifico
But I'm just a poor boy, nobody loves me
He's just a poor boy from a poor family
Spare him his life from this monstrosity
Easy come, easy go, will you let me go?
Bismillah! No, we will not let you go
(Let him go!) Bismillah! We will not let you go
(Let him go!) Bismillah! We will not let you go
(Let me go) Will not let you go
(Let me go) Will not let you go
(Let me go) Ah
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
(Oh, mamma mia, mamma mia) Mamma mia, let me go
Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me, for me, for me!

Hannity or Tucker should wear a tie with his name on it.
Should create a cigar brand of the same name and plug the cigars
