The Trump administration is preparing to ban flavored e-cigarettes as federal health officials call for restrictions to combat an outbreak of a mysterious lung disease that has sickened hundreds and killed at least six people, U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar told reporters Wednesday.

The Food and Drug Administration is currently finalizing its guidance to remove all non-tobacco flavors of e-cigarettes, including mint and menthol, from the market within 30 days.

Vapers, smokers, potheads all one in the same

There will just be more menthol smokers now, that smell like smoke. So it's more likely the non smokers that will be bitching.

I agree with this.

Honestly I’m ok with this. Ever since I first bought a electronic nicotine device, I haven’t been able to put the SOB down. Now I’ll be forced to put it down

The Govbment will allow the companies to make it "safe" and then tax the frick out of it.

frick those companies. They make an addictive product that kills people and they flavor it like candy?
The FDA should have banned this shite already.
It’s infuriating that flavored e-cigarettes are legal but marijuana isn’t (yet).

This is so incredibly stupid!
The people getting sick and going to the hospital are mostly vaping black market shite. A ban is only going to push more people to black market shite! This will result in MORE people getting sick!

Terrible idea
Just more emotional overreaction. These bans always seem to create unintended consequences that are worse than the banned item.

There's about to be a lot of vacancies in sketchy strip malls across the country
