I’m trying to envision how this board would react if it were Obama imposing the regulation.

It would be the implementation of sharia in that case.

They didn’t ban E-Cigarettes
Just flavored pods

This is a good thing. Young and healthy people have been dropping because of this.

How many have dropped due to cigarettes? Yet they somehow managed to stay legal

I smell a special interest group jumping at an opportunity to eliminate a competitor

People will still buy Juuls
Just not the mango or berry pods
They’ll buy tobacco flavored

This is tobacco companies swinging their dick around Washington
Now with all the flavors banned they are on more “equal” playing ground with Juul and other e-cig makers just putting out tobacco flavored pods

Have you tried the tobacco flavored ones? I’d rather have a cigarette.

Ding ding ding

Hint, it’s tobacco lobby. They are pissed at losing the last bit of market they have.

Ever wonder why Juul isn’t called e-Camel or e-Marborlo? Tobacco companies missed the boat on vaping and they aren’t happy

They are like the Juul pods, instead filled with THC oil
All the delivery services now offer them here

People make and sell their own pods, dude. They are THC/CBD vapes that are made and sold in places where they aren’t legal.

A “regulation” is just going to make the underground boom more

The ban on Mango Juul pods won’t stop people from buying weed cartridges

Eventually other states will catch up and make that legal.

Just smoke this

Out of this

Or this

And all of these problems go away. I hate the over regulation, but there are ways around it.

They’re not even banning the shite that killed people. Black market thc pods were responsible.

I'm more than sure that big tobacco is throwing a lot of money around to make vaping look bad, but how far does it go? Is it too cynical to think that they are actually putting the harmful stuff on the streets and putting people in the hospital or worse, just to scare people to go back to smoking?
