Of all three sons, Cooper, Arch's Dad, hates LSU the most. Not a chance this kid considers LSU.

This is probably true. He's also the biggest douche of the 3.

Was always at the bars in Oxford.

I saw him throw a drink in a chick's face at Proud Larry's in Oxford once and SHE got kicked out

He does. My nephew and Arch are close friends.

Archie nor the Manning family in general hates LSU. If this kid is good enough he will listen to LSU.

the school the family hates the most is alabama. Will be curious if they allow him to consider Bama

Let’s be real... he’s going to the school that his family think is best for his NFL career.

LSU beat Archie (& Ole Miss) 61-17 his SR year.

Ole Miss-LSU was a HEATED rivalry at the time.

Are you sure about that? I’ve seenCooper at several LSU games and not when Ole Miss is in town

Not a chance his kid goes to LSU

What is the family issue with LSU? There is none. Peyton and Josh Booty wer ein the class of 1993 and Booty committed to LSU so Peyton immediately looked elsewhere. David Cucliffe was at Ole Miss and his tutelage of Peyton at Tennesssee along with the Ole Miss connection was enough for Eli to choose Oxford. maybe if our " fans " would quit regurgitating negative comments at every mention of Manning possibly LSU has a legitimate shot at this latest Manning assuming they believe he is worthy in three years.

It goes way further back than that. LSU crushed Ole Miss and Archie 61-17 back in 1970 when Archie played with his broken arm in a cast. LSU just relentlessly pummeled him and Archie never got over that arse whipping.

He's incredibly advanced for a freshman, physically (arm) and mentally (according to his coaches).

I wouldn't mind seeing a Manning under center in Baton Rouge in my lifetime. I'm not necessarily a fan of the family as a whole, but the aura of the Manning name is certainly something that I'd like to see at LSU.

Well then ask him where he’s going. You know, since you obviously have them over for dinner every week.

A Manning will NEVER play for LSU. And I’m good with that.

The force is strong in this one. That first pass looked exactly like Peyton

True. The Mannings seem to be pretty level headed considering their success. If the offense progresses as we hope I can't believe we wouldn't receive strong consideration.
