On episode 3. Wish there was more time spent on what the mindflayer is trying to do and less on... Russians? I know this is a giant 80s nostalgia trip (and a wel done one at that) but whyyyyyyyyyyyyy Russians

Nothing feels important.
The only time I felt anything, sad.. happy.. angry.. is when a certain Russian finally finds joy for a short-lived time. Ohh and that Never Ending Story sing along.
Doesn't even do a good job with nostalgia this time around. The first 2 episodes are really enjoyable but everything after feels like random flashcards of nostalgia are being thrown at the viewer.

This is why I hate it when shows I like get a ton of hype. Most shows that are under the radar at first then receive hype later go to shite.
Theres also a ton of "conservatives bad" undertones. Maybe they should have focused less on a subconscious political messaging and more on writing a good season.

Just finished episode 4 and I have no idea what y’all are watching; this has been very entertaining.
Also, there is nothing anti conservative in the whole show. I think y’all are looking for reasons to be offended.
Side note: I’ve enjoyed Hopper as Magnum PI and the Russian as Terminator

Netflix has something bashing Donald Trump in almost every original piece they put out. Might be a few lines, might be a character that parodies how the entertainment industry believes him to be.
These things don't victimize anyone,but that doesnt mean they dont purposely do it.

I am a conservative and a Trump supporter. That being said, you are just looking for stuff to bitch about. These episodes have not been political. Just enjoy the damn show.
