The dialog is kind of annoying at times. People didn't say things like "it's a bad look" or "I got this" in 1985.

Just finished the season, and I thought it was great. Really sad to see Hooper die. He was the best character on the show. I thought every episode just built on the last, and the ending was great. I hope they do a 4th season, but I wouldn’t be sad if the they didn’t.

I think it certainly sets up for a season 4.
I saw where David Harbour did an interview and he said the Duffer brothers left it more closed because they hated that they felt like they wrote themselves into a corner with S2 and bits of S3

Best season yet IMO. I mean, wow. I was never a huge fan of this show. I thought the first season was good. The second season was very meh for me. This season was HOLY shite good. The way it ended. Damn. Just really good TV. I don't know what to say. I'm surprised and did not expect this show to make it to this level.

Doesn’t puck up til episode 4, way too tired right now will finish the rest tomorrow. First 2 were terrible almost made me quit. The guys pulled their head out of their arse on ep 3 , rest of the series looks amazing based off 4

I considered it a little unfortunate we didnt get more on his backstory. His death was sad, but they could have added a little more to add to the gravity of his death.
