There's an Xfinity store across the street from me, and some dude was out there the other day leading a 1 man boycott. It was in the upper 80s but he was out there for about 7 hours yelling about how they charge for installation and equipment, telling the manager he would be there until they shut down, playing the police siren on the bullhorn. It was great. The GF did not find it as entertaining as I did.

(He hasn't been back, and Xfinity appears to be open)

Walmart is really the only one and it has nothing to do with politics. I did work for them as a contractor years ago and they are the fricking worst company to do work for. The won't look at a bill for 60 days so that means you are floating a lot of money on your own dime and they tell you ahead of time to not do any work unless you have a written/signed change order in hand and then will tell you to get the frick off their job if you don't want to continue with changes before they get you something.

we had a change on some retaining walls where the materials doubled due to poor design and labor increased but they thought their cost should stay the same. it took me about 6 months of fighting for them to finally pay what they verbally agreed to pay me.

There is nothing "grown up" about continuing to support a business that takes a stance you find objectionable.

What's immature is when you loudly make declarations and tell everyone on Facebook about how you won't be buying another pair of Nikes in 3 years because they're un-American. If you don't like it, stop shopping/eating/whatever there and go about your life.

With that said, I think them pulling the shoe they recently pulled is stupid just because Colin Kaepernick wanted them to.

I agree with this. I think the better compromise would be just to put the present day American flag. However, I did learn from all of this that the Betsy Ross flag was adopted by the Klan as some sort of symbol of anti-government rebellion.

I will suggest no compromise was necessary and that it's completely unobjectionable to put a historical US flag on a pair of sneakers for anyone who isn't a moron or race-baiting sack of shite.

The only thing I have ever "boycotted" and I use that loosely, was the local WoW Cafe that I barely went to anyway. During the kneeling era, they refused to play NFL games, which is there right. I just wanted to watch football, so I chose not to go there anymore.

Gatorades the only thing I’ve gone out of my way to avoid in my life just because of the Florida tie and Powerade/Coca Cola was a pretty big LSU endorser. I’ve since grown up though and realized it doesn’t really matter

Definitely Papa John's..I ordered a pizza and after an hour I called and they had no order for me. I told the guy to just cancel the order..He said he would give me a free pizza so after another hour I called and the guy was all apologetic and said it's on its way. After a half hour I get the pizza...The wrong pizza. I haven't ordered since.

Papa Johns after he said he would have to raise the prices of pizza by 11c to offer Healthcare. Then he raises the prices by over 50c, and didn't offer Healthcare. Then built a 40 million dollar house.

I'm surprised you waited for the price increase and didn't stop when you tasted his shite sauce.

This is why trump will get reelected. Most just get on with their lives and can actually think for themselves.

Conservatives just make a simple decision to not buy from a global corporation that is pushing a political agenda. If the right used the left's tactics, they would dox the CEO and other officers of the company, camp out on their lawns, terrify their wives and children, then follow them and their families inside a restaurant and hurl profanities at them while they try to eat their soup.
