Between this and the 65 Shelby, I don't think it gets any better.

Highly likely you only think this because it was featured in the movie and became everyone's dream car after it.

Had that mustang never been in "Gone in 60 Seconds" it wouldn't be so cliché a pick and more car hipsters would still fawn over it.

It was my favorite before that movie and it's still my favorite.

This was my first car. It was in fairly rough shape and I had no idea what I had. I think I paid $1,200 for it. I was really hard on it as I was never really a fan of it.

Then one day some 20-something year old guy knocks on the door and offers $4,000 for it. I was going to take it on the spot. My mom said we'd sell it for $5,000. The guy paid the $5,000. I turned that around and bought a Toyota (2 y.o. 1982 Celica) which I kept for about 8 years.

One day I was driving in Metairie and saw the car. It was on a car dolly. The guy who bought it had painted it and turned it into a race car (weekend type) with all the stickers (including a number).

"Sting Ray" wasn't produced until '63

That picture is just a '61 Corvette. Still a great car though.

This was the official vehicle for Bossier City circa 2002-2012

So I’ll go with this one.

The most awe inspiring form I've ever seen on a vehicle in person was the McLaren P1.

I've been around a few F1's in my life but this thing is probably the most beautiful work of art I've ever seen.

Those old, long cars from the 20s and 30s are some of the best looking cars made on the planet
