They already have more muders in 2019 than all of 2018 and it’s only June. Is the new sheriff that bad?

1. Westbank

2. That loser from John Curtis

3. Apparently little Harlem or whatever they call that area around old Jefferson is trying to prove their street cred.

Not sure if serious. One person in any one position does not hold that sort of influence. We could go ahead and put this on the lack of everything.

How exactly would the Sheriff prevent an individual from deciding to shoot another person?

Some piece of trash from John Curtis kills people at random and Jefferson parish has a problem?

They have a great sheriff and police department. All but one murder has been solved this year. I’m not sure Harry Lee even hit those numbers.

Good job JPSO.

Too soft on crime. If he'd support fricking them all to death, this wouldn't happen IMO.

I’m in my 40s, and as long as i can remember, people have been ignoring issues in New Orleans like crappy schools, and their solution has just been to keep moving further and further away from the city... Not surprising that NOLA problems are now infiltrating Metry, eventually they will make it across the bridge to Mandeville/Covington as well (in some cases already have).. Eventually people will just run out of places to move to, but probably not in my lifetime, i guess, so they dont care.. god forbid we actually address some of the problems, instead of just moving away from them.

JP is named after a slave-holder.

Until this travesty is addressed, bad gris-gris will mount.

And reparations should be part of the remedy.

The numbers aren’t that high, and when you get a nutjob picking people off at random, that’s a significant bump.

Once Harry Lee died it all went downhill.
