Since Feb. 1, 261 dolphins have stranded themselves along the beaches from Florida's panhandle to Louisiana, according to a report from the National Oceania and Atmospheric Administration. The majority of these strandings are for Atlantic bottlenose dolphins.

The NOAA report said the number is three times higher than normal and has declared it an "Unusual Mortality Event" or UME.

good. We can do with less of them. Fishing anywhere around Grand Isle makes you want to take a fricking AK47 with you for them.

That's the day Cory Booker announced he was running for president.

I don't believe in coincidences.

They all felt like they no longer have porpoise in life.

I just watched something where this happened on the California coast a while back. Except it was more than just dolphins. It was all kinds of animals.

They claimed it had something to do with a huge patch of abnormally warm water that was causing the animals to go crazy and beach themselves.

Dolphins like to beat off..., filthy frickers.

Actually they would fit in well in the OT now that I think about it.

They’re trying to escape all the pit bulls out for summer swimming, obviously.

Who really cares about these lemmings.

Only in America do people care about whales and dolphins. They're not magical creatures or humans of the sea.

They don't fall in love with dogs. Disney really screwed up the west with this and the whole princess/prince charming thing.
