It prob doesnt hurt that most of us with a Dad Bod have a personality, intelligence, and sense of humor.

Since most of the male adult population has a dad bod (or worse), are you suggesting that most adult men have personality, intelligence, and sense of humor?

What's it like going through life being lazy and full of excuses?

Let me guess - you are 28, single with no kids?

More comfortable than going through life poor, insecure and regarded as an a-hole. But, I wouldn't know about "lazy."

That kid is a try-hard, self-conscious, insecure child. I think he was banned because he's generally insufferable.

It takes 30 minutes to workout and can be done from the comfort of your home. That's the definition of either lazy or full of shite, or both

I don't really care if you call me an a-hole. Some people are doers and don't complain like prepubescent girls and some are Whitney little bitches that don't get anything done. The latter should be called out, for the sake of the future of this country of course.

No. Fat as frick doesn't really work out.

That's what I do. That's what the article in the OP suggests dad bods do as well. What is your argument again?

Don’t work out 6 days a week so women think I’m attractive. Work out so I’m not wolfing down 4-5 pills every night because I have high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

Additionally I like feeling stronger than 90% of the population

During the 1990s I did the same, but all the info we had suggested routines that in hindsight lead us to overworking muscle groups. I recall doing chest at least three times per week if not more. Used to have that shitty Weider powder that we all thought might help.

Who was complaining? The only posters I saw complaining were the work out guys complaining about the op.

Worked out two hours a day in my 20's and early 30's. I just do outdoor stuff now, it's as good or better.

I don't obsess about the physique anymore though.
