The dad bod physique is a body that says, “I go to the gym occasionally, but I also drink heavily on the weekends and enjoy eating eight slices of pizza at a time,”
So gentlemen — raise a glass, grab another slice of pizza and toast to that relatively fit, but neither lean nor muscular look.

Women like confidence more than muscles. Guys who work out 6 times a week and do CrossFit are generally very insecure and the only thing they care about is working out.

My Sister in law was talking about this last night. Her hypothesis is that if you are fricking a fatty then you yourself are allowed to be a fatty. That way it takes all the pressure off and you eat what you want.

I don't think this is anymore true for people who workout vs. not.
It's like saying women are more attracted to a homeless bum than Bill Gates, because the bum has enough confidence in being poor.
Most people are insecure. Just some decide to do something about it (i.e. workout) vs. others who don't.
