i dont think anybody being realistic thinks they will offer brown & memphis pick. it will be one or the other

I think alot of the "Boston is not interested" stuff comes from there being no leaks about Boston pursuing him...
Ainge plays alot of things close to the chest, hes not going to negotiate through the media..
It's likely Ainge has the best package together right now, and Griffin is just waiting to see what LA or NY can get together before pulling the trigger on Boston

The reason there are no Boston leaks is that it is them that Griffin is trying to get to increase their offer (well, that and the fact that the Lakers/Klutch leak everything).
FWIW, half of these teams would have already traded for Beal if it were that easy.

In the currently mentioned scenario I think they’d be a lot more willing to give both if you get AD and retain Kyrie. You’re not just getting two superstars but also greatly increasing your chances of keeping AD.

Asking them to find a 3rd team is a flat out rejection of their current assets. They are being sent off to peddle their side dishes for someone else's entree. Good luck.
We will see what happens, but sure doesn't look like Griffin is getting the bidding war that he wants.

It sounds like the Knicks and Lakers are working hard to make things happen. Griffin is on the record before becoming the Pels GM liking both Ingram and Ball so I think he will "settle" if he thinks the Lakers give him better value.
You're acting like we're crazy thinking we can get all 3 of Boston's top assets, but I think taking the Lakers deal if Boston only offers 2 is a very real possibility. Is giving up all 3 assets too high of a price for the value AD returns, or is holding firm on only sending out 2 of 3 assets penny wise and pound foolish?
