If I were going to commute - which is the only reason I have ever consistently rode a motorcycle - I would want a touring bike with boxes.

I ride up to Vicksburg and cut over 49 to Hattiesburg and back to BR a time or two a month when the weather is good. Leave out about 5:30am. Makes a nice ride.

I live a couple of miles off the trace in TN on a road that loops back around to it.

It is but where you are is nice. Brother in law in Wimberly and sister in San Marcos so I’ve ridden a few times with them. Really nice area.

Got friends in San Marcos . Nice to take the back roads then over to Blanco and back north.

I ride my harley to work and to Cali almost every year so that’s not me. Anyway, who gives a shot if they only ride on weekends?
