Unless you are GOAT you can’t even make a competitive playoff series.
Rockets have never played goat.

They secured the play-by-play officiating reports from each game from the NBA – a service that is afforded to individual teams (teams aren’t given reports for other teams, which makes it hard to compare
How did the Rockets arrive at those numbers only having 1/2 of the data? What am I missing?
Even the Cavs and Lebron last year were the recipients of some BS. I got some bad news for everyone else if even Lebron is getting boned...
I will say this, I’ll give props to Rockets fans on the MSB after game 1 for their composure. If Klay Thompson and co had done that to Jrue or AD last year, I would have been PISSED, call or no call. Those were some dangerous plays. Harden’s intentionally drawing extra contact and keeping his legs forward to fall back might have actually prevented those close outs from being an even bigger disaster.
There is a poetic justice in Harden’s flopping coming back to bite him in the arse, but the NBA and the media should be coming down on the Warriors for this crap. No one is talking about it/holding them accountable. It’s ridiculous. There’s such a double standard when it comes to GSW. I mean Draymond can literally scream at officials to their face, and they won’t ever T him up if it’s going to have suspension ramifications.

This pisses me off to end.

Now, Harden exaggerated it a lot late in the game when Draymond bumped him to try to get a call.
Harden goes out of his way to create contact. Refs have to have that in the back of their minds when he goes down.
He plays that game, and the downside is sometimes the breaks don't go your way. If his game wasn't predicated on getting a lot of those calls, they would matter less.
Live by the flail, die by the flail.

They can’t get the reports for, say, Clippers vs. Golden State, for example.
So they can see through the data that the calls favor Golden State when they play them, but can’t also see if the calls also favor Golden State when the Clippers (or other teams) play them.

They just g sweep the top defense in the league and hardwn barely went to the line at all.
Lol in game 3, 14 of his 22 were at the line.

Exactly. That is One game of 5. Leave it to someone like you to focus on one game and not see the big picture, 5 games.

Ah ok, the way the article worded it and it’s placement made it seem like they only got the right/wrong calls on one side of the court.
Example: Eric Gordon was fouled on this 3 by Curry and there was no foul called. Would they also see a similar line on the other end where it says Eric Gordon fouled Steph Curry on this 3 by Curry but no foul was called?
Im not sure if this is included in the Rockets analytical research by assigning predetermined situational momentum values and applying them to calls, but the other aspect of this is the swing in momentum and flow of the game when the bullshite calls start coming. Where and when the BS calls are made makes a difference.

I read it the same way as Shameless, that they only got their side of the calls.

Their brand of basketball is pure garbage and relies outside factors for success (whistle).
I hope for the NBA’s sake their brand doesn’t yield any titles, that will only cause more viewers to tune out and more teams to try it.
Chris Paul and Hardin’s stupid arse arm/leg flailing on three point attempts are gross, they are literally pulling out the mctwist from Tony hawk and kick mofos in the face and SCREAM like petulant toddlers they didn’t get a call.
frick Hardin and Paul
this. allll of this.

The refs made a statement in game 1. They are fed up with the bull shite. I, personally, applaud them.

No the refs didn’t make a “statement”.they admitted to D’Antoni that they missed four calls in half one. They are doing their best. They missed some calls that went cc way. They missed some calls that went GSW way. ain’t no statement being made. That is silly. refs aren’t perfect neither are players neither are coaches etc etc. fans expect the refs to be perfect but don’t get mad at their own player when he misses 15 shots. it is mind boggling isn’t it.

Absolutely right! If I'm Rox fan today I'm more pissed that James Harden missed 19 shots knowing that you could've stolen game one with all the injuries to GSW.

I feel the same way about our who dats. If Brees wouldn’t have thrown the ball into the ground on that audible the refs bad calls wouldn’t have even had the opportunity to make a difference. This is similar.

quote:No they didn’t. What most likely happened is that Golden State sent in tape of Harden getting some foul calls on his step back that were flops, and told them to watch for it.

And the refs swallowed their whistles in game 1 even though several times he was legitimately fouled.
