I’ll 2nd the 2007 Bama game. Typical Les Miles game. Unbelievable talent on the field. Played great early, then made many mistakes and sat on lead for 2 quarters, only to lose the lead. Then great players made great plays to come back and win in the clutch. So many emotional swings in that game. Good times!

Still my second. Third would have to be Bama 2010.

2007 vs Ohio State. Lots of other games were more dramatic when looking purely at the football game. But going down 10-0 early then coming back to win the natty by 14 was great in it's own right; considering the stage, it doesn't get better. It's the only stub I have framed.
Honorable mention: 2007 Florida, 2007 Auburn.
2007 was fricking awesome!

I've watched (mostly attended in the 80s) every big game since the mid 70s. The 2007 Florida game is the game I most wish I'd attended. It's a top 5 all timer for sure along with 1959 Halloween Run, and the 1971 Notre Dame revenge game. I think those three are top 5 Tiger Stadium win givens. For the other two, take your pick between 1972 Bert Jones to Brad Davis over Ole Miss, the Earthquake game, Florida 1997, and Georgia 2003.
If we'd have pulled the unlikely upset over USC in 1979, it would be a top 3 all timer. USC was arguably the most talented team to ever visit Tiger Stadium (Miami in the late 80s too. We were good and they absolutely destroyed us - men vs. boys).

Auburn 2017 was electric. Down 21-3 at half and came back and won it. Chark down the left sideline will be a memory I keep with me always

'07 Florida was the best game and experience for me. Was my last semester in school. Was with my fraternity brothers and girlfriend. Couldn't hear or feel feelings other than elation. We went to our fraternity party that night and proceeded to get absolutely hospital drunk. Saw my future wife for the first time as she sang "frick You, Alabama" on stage. Didn't even get a chance to meet her until years later and only found out that was her when she mentioned the fact that she was at my fraternity party that singing that song, as blackout as I was.
That game experience is followed closely by the '04 Oregon State game. My first game at LSU ever. Was blitzed. My pledge brothers and I managed seats by the gymnastics team in the end zone. It was raining like a Bible story. I don't remember much other than the entire gymnastics team was stripped down to their sports bras and swinging their sopping wet shirts over their heads like some makeshift, far sexier terrible towel. I don't think I was ever more sure that I had come to a place at which I would have the best college experience I could hope for. And we won 22 to 21 in OT.

This game was epic for a lot of reasons:
Pushed back to the last game of the season bc of 911
Beat Auburn & that walking POS Tubs
Won the West and the SECCG for the 1st time ever.
Then to the Sugar vs Illinois, which we won (also attended the SB, got to see Dominick Davis destroy them with 3 TD's - BTW DD was a beast at LSU and doesn't get the recognition he deserves IMO.
2001 Auburn was when Saban & LSU let the SEC and CFB know LSU was becoming a BEAST and planned on staying that way!!

Probably any game in the 2011 season.. there was just so much drama, and so many unbelievable moments.. and we went undefeated.. til the end; that championship game vs Bama was definitely the *worst* game i’ve ever attended.. no reason we should have had to play them again, i’m still pissed to this day that we didnt play OK State instead.

Best one was one we lost.
USC- 17 LSU- 12 in 1979.
Anybody on here that was in attendance knows what I'm talking about.
Honorable Mentions: 17-16 vs Ole Miss in 72. (Jones to Davis) 55-21 vs Fla. State in 82. (Oranges & Fog) 28-21 vs Florida in 97. (#1 Florida and Spurrier) 30-28 vs Bama in 2000. (Ended 300 year Bama win streak in Tiger Stadium). The "Third and Chavis-Yeldon" game against Bama in 2012. (Score doesn't matter. We lost)

Home 71 Notre Dame, can't describe the atmosphere.
Away 85 USC West - Where's the horse? Plus Dale Brown sat with us.

Home - 2001 Auburn game that was postponed because of 9-11. Sent us to the SEC Championship game.
Away - 2011 Bama the looks on the Gumps faces were priceless. Still pissed they got a mulligan.

23-3 LSU domination of the Trojans. Now this game has been overshadowed by the 1979 game vs USC, and is rarely discussed on this board, but it should be. USC won the Pac-10 that year, won the Rose Bowl, and finished 9-3 overall and ranked #9. They weren't chopped liver and that win was one of the most significant in the Arnsparger era.
