Florida State "Orange" Bowl game in 1982 was the best ever, Auburn Earthquake game was memorable (mostly) as well.

The best part of all those games was having to wake up in the morning-ish, read the paper (yes, I know, what's a paper) and watch ESPN to remind me of what I had experienced the night before!! It was hard to recall all the touchdowns we scored against FSU.

1971.....Archie's last year, 61-17 beatdown...felt good to finally crush Archie and the rebs

Hmm. Was at the game. We lost 24-22. Thanks for playing though

Tennessee/Miss State 2000

SEC title game vs Tenn 2001

UF 2007

Those were all more fun than the NC game in 2004 when I graduated. I was in the front row of the end zone after winning the lottery.

Even though we came out on the wrong end of it, the LSU-USC game in '79 was probably the most intense game I've ever been at.

Other than that, the Oregon game in Dallas was probably the best.

Sugar Bowl vs Illinois in 2001. The LSU offense was ridiculous.

NCG vs Oklahoma in 2003.

UF in Gainesville in 2004. Joe Addai went nuts.

Bama in Tuscaloosa in 07.

There have been many memorable LSU games I have attended but what set this one apart is how electric the atmosphere was considering it was a day game. Tiger stadium is known for the night games, but this one was louder than any night game I’ve been to. You could feel the excitement grow through your the game.
The thing that is most memorable is that we had been an average team for a long time, but during that game, there was a moment when something just felt different. Like we had turned the corner and there will be a decade of greatness to follow. I feel like it all started that day.
