Do they get tips when working for Big Hardware?

You should tip everyone that comes in contact with you.

I've started tipping the Circle K workers so they'll get off the phone and ring up my coffee

I tape a $20 to the inside of my garbage can lid every time I roll it out to the road.

I think our friends from south of the border expect a full $20

Maybe don't be a weak-arse and load it yourself.

If he has to use a shovel to load the mulch then yes. Otherwise, no.

If they are slinging multiple bags of mulch into the bed of your truck, don’t bust bags, don’t damage your truck, etc I will throw them a tip depending on the amount loaded

Why did someone from Lowe's help you load your mulch?
Were you on your period or something?

I work in environmental compliance for universities and research.
When can I start expecting tips from my customers?
My wife is an accountant for the second largest battery manufacturer in the world. She oversees the Caterpillar account, BMW, GM, and several other multimillion dollar accounts.
She hasn't received any tips either.
Where my tips, baw?

If you have a few bucks you don’t mind giving to the guy for his help, sure why not? No need to come to the OT and ask. Remember half these schumcks thinks it’s acceptable to tip waiters 12%.
There was a guy with special needs at Winn Dixie the other day that insisted on bringing the groceries to my vehicle. I gave him a $5 after loading them in the back, he was very thankful.
