Smart cooperated with the Clown Show Admin...Wade has not thus far as per his legal council...As he should listen too over Alleva.
LSU decided to me high and mighty and suspend WW. In the long run, it wont matter. The NCAA will do what they want suspension or not. And once again, LSU athletic department will be a dumpster fire of incompetence.

Because he will not do as they say instead of do as they do.

The same boss that released a press statement yesterday saying they can’t talk about the OLOL situation cuz it’s an active investigation?
Is it that boss that is suspending Wade for also not talking about an active investigation?
Seems hypocritical not logical.
Fact of the matter is that LSU acted WAY to fast before figuring out what was up and what was down and now they’ve backed themselves into a corner of being hated by their fans or being roasted by the media.
They tried to put out a fire by throwing gasoline on it.

Wade will not coach a game until he answers LSU's questions, and he is not going to do that because his lawyer flatly told him not to until the FBI investigation has completed.
As much as i hate this statement, it is true.

LSU created a situation in which its impossible for Wade to be the coach.
This is the part that people conveniently forget.

They dont want to pay him. They are looking for a way to fire him AND not pay him.

And they’d rather be shite upon by the fans, because we’re peasants who, regardless of the venom we spew, will still give them our money.
And they know it. Not a difficult choice to make.

There is already cause to fire him, if they wanted to, they would have already.

They wouldn't have to. Failing to meet over NCAA compliance issues is a breach of his contract. They want him, but they need to protect the university.

This is a mischaracterization of the facts. I'm sure Wade would talk to them about a wide variety of topics, just not the topic in which his lawyer advised him to be silent.

Saying they want to fire Wade is just silly. They have a lack of intestinal and testicular fortitude, that's the problem, like a group of retarded eunuchs. The guys you knew in grade school who would snitch over the slightest little thing, they grew up to lead LSU. They went straight to the NCAA to show how compliant they are and how they are willing to sacrifice one of their own to make sure that they don't get into trouble themselves.
This isn't even debatable, that has been their track record and everyone knows it. And how has that worked out? Has the NCAA or SEC shown any leniency toward LSU? We still somehow seem to come out on the short end when these types of things arise.
Protect your own.

Unless there is specific contractual langue defining "cause", that's a legal decision that would ultimately have to be decided by a court. Notwithstanding, even if "cause" were defined, you can bet Wade would take action against LSU if he were fired without receiving the full benefit of his contract.
To say there is or is not "cause" at this point is completely premature.

1) there is zero possibility that the athletic department didn’t at least know what Wade was doing if not helping him facilitate it. So he didn’t lie to anyone, he’s just not running to be their scape goat.
2) Many schools and players have been mentioned in this case and only 1 has suspended their coach and only 1 remains in the news every day.
3) the NCAA has actually announced that it is investigating Kansas yet Bill Self is still coaching.
Our Admins blew this situation up to what it is now.

I'm guessing one met with the university and NCAA officials and one did not?
So they are punishing him because he refuses to talk, based upon his attorneys recommendation, not because he did anything wrong?
It's fricking petty, if Smart is cleared of wrongdoing, so should Wade.

He lied to LSU after the first leak came out, saying there was nothing more. Then the second one came out and blindsided LSU.
Why do you keep saying this as if it's a fact?
You have no idea what Wade did or didn't tell LSU.
Do you have an agenda?

If Smart is cleared then what is the rational behind keeping Wade suspended?
-There’s no proof of any wrongdoing by Smart, and he cooperated with the investigation.
-There is an FBI recording of Wade discussing payment and he refuses to cooperate with the investigation.
This isn’t complicated and I have no idea why the same thread keeps getting made over and over again. shite could still hit the fan with both depending on what happens at the trial in April.
Now I’ll get accused of being a paid shill for explaining the logic behind Wade not being cleared.
